Personal Statement
In our daily lives, where we are inundated with all kinds of stress and information, it is easy to forget our most basic needs for health and well being. Ayurveda brings these needs to the forefront of our consciousness so that, in the midst of stress, we can sustain our balance in body, mind and spirit. My practice is centered on the idea that within each of us is the potential for optimum health and peace of mind. Implementing a lifestyle of Ayurveda opens one up to this idea and allows for it to be possible. I believe the healing journey of Ayurveda is most fulfilling with the help of an experienced and compassionate practitioner who can offer guidance and support along the way. It is my intention to guide clients on how to find relief and heal, using the truly holistic and ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine.
May we all be at peace
May our hearts remain open
May we all be healed and
May we all be a healing source for others
Om Shanti
